The "K" to become an A-Player

K - Kindness
"The hardest time to be kind is when you feel attacked. It is also the most important. See people who are attacking as fearful, and in need of love." I read it in a book titled Smile for No good Reason by Lee L Jampolsky. It is imperative that one must be kind in order to achieve the maximum outcome in their personal as well as professional journey.
Some of the celebrated people in the world accept the fact that not everyone possesses the same talent as them and hence they invest time and energy in making others realize their powers. If you are good at something, if you have skills that can be beneficial for others to learn, if you meet someone who did not enjoy the lavish life that you are living, someone who has not got a chance to study in an International school as yours, just make sure that you are kind enough in helping them without expecting a favor in return.
We can never be sure of the reason of someone's behaviour until we trade shoes with them. The better option to adopt here would be to be kind to one another with an open mindset that they were doing the best they could at the time.
The contentment received by doing so is undeniably ineffable.
