Our first alphabet A stands for Affirmatons which if you search on Google, will show that it means declaring something. During my journey of becoming a better me, I came across this very effective method called daily Affirmations. There are hundreds and thousands of videos and audio clips available online that will give you access to an amazing world of affirmations which if you repeat daily may have some astonishing results in less than a week. A lot of us don't have time I get it. So, let's do this: basically when these audio clips are playing, even if you're engrossed with some work, let them get stored in your subconscious mind. Believe me, it works like magic! I am adding a link to the one that I listen to every day and believe me, it has helped me clear out a lot of foggy thoughts off my mind. Try it for 10 days while traveling, or while getting ready to sleep and you should see a drift in the way you look at things.
